INFRASTRUCTURE

Our factory situated at Khardah, on the outskirts of Kolkata, India is equipped with the latest label printing equipment that manufactures high quality products with reduced lead time. The plant is spotlessly clean and is centrally air conditioned to maintain dust-free environment. We have a fully equipped in-house pre-press, which assists us in having reduced lead time. JK Labels Is an ISO 14001:2004, ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 certified organization ISO 14001 is the internationally recognized standard for the environmental management of businesses. It prescribes controls for those activities that have an effect on the environment. These include the efficient use of natural resources, handling and treatment of waste and energy consumption. It means detecting ways to minimize waste and dispose of it more effectively. All lights used in the plant are CFL tube lights and generator used is an emission compliant, environmental friendly diesel generator.

We have well-established and spacious infrastructure, and are completely equipped with the most recent technology and modern machinery. Assisted with advanced printing technologies we make superior quality products within restricted time frame and help in providing best printing solutions.

Use of printing technologies available with us is, Flexo (Water and UV Base), Letter press, a combination of both, Offset, hot foil & cold foil and embossing depending upon the type of products for which the labels are being designed. This also enables us to deliver maximum client satisfaction, with unblemished products & high quality printing.
