We have installed seven colour capacity label printing machine ORTHOTEC CNC 3022 Intermittent Letterpress from Taiwan. All 6 uv colours & one station FLEXO VERNISH, also equipped with BST REGISTRATION MONITORING SYSTEM. Machine is totally on line SERVO MOTOR TENTION CONTROLE with PLC OPERATING SYSTEM. These machines also have a second pass facility, which makes it possible for us to print up to 10 colours.
Machine can print SELF ADHESIVE Chromo Art Paper, PP Clear, PP Opaque, Metalized Paper, Metalized Film, Polyester etc.
Printing width min. 100 mm, Max. 290 mm, Total paper width : 310 mm, Total repeat length : 220 mm
Max. Power use : 18HP, Machine Weight : 15 Ton, Approximate Speed : 2000 miter per hour (depend on design)
Printing LPI (DOT) : 150 to 175
Die Cutting Machine : Imported from Taiwan. With online HOT FOIL STAMPING, online EMBROSSING, online LAMINATING, Laminate type HOLOGRAPHIC can paste online also. Speed of the machine is 120 impression per minutes. Machine is controlled by PLC, with SERVO DRIVEN. There are also high-speed slitting machines & roll to sheet cutting machine.
Production Capacity : 6000 to 8000 meter per day.
